We had a comfortable time in this low budget hotel in Brighton. We ate at a magnificent restaurant from bar staff. Very pleasant, accommodating staff, was willing to help.

Very nice old & old-fashioned hotel, perfect location next to the beach, friendly professional staff. It is near Pool Valley Coach bus stop. Enjoyed early check-in and late check-out.

Thank you very much for a really comfortable stay - would come here again. Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, comfy bed and non-smoking room. Polite staff and gorgeous breakfast with a wide range of options.

Impeccable staff team and inexpensive breakfast. Very spacious beds, free wireless internet, air conditioner and TV were a nice touch. We loved the regional cuisine in the restaurant. Generally service was very good too. Overall an outstanding stay, good value.

The staff were particularly attentive, the full English breakfast was generous. I appreciated having so many space, it's own balcony and television. Very special location, just off pier, bars, the sea front, though the area was not great. Terrace bar was stylish and reasonably priced.

Beds were a bit hard.

the staff was kind, the restaurant was particularly good. room was adequate, decent and included many facilities, air conditioner and complimentary wi-fi. the location was absolutely gorgeous, just walking distance from all interests. i loved terrific customer service too.

Staff and amenities were first class, and this hotel was stately and tidy. Centrally based in a shopping area. Stunning interior, LUXURIOUS restaurant.

I had an exceptional breakfast and it had a wide range of food. All rooms were nicely furnished and well furnished. Heated pool and rocky beach. Greatly enjoyed very quick check-in.
